Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats patients with communication and swallowing disorders while developing individualized plans of care. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide education to patients and families regarding treatment and medical equipment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited institution. A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or eligibility for such certification is required.
