Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide direct resident care as directed by the Occupational Therapist and maintain accurate, compliant documentation. They are also responsible for educating residents and families, managing equipment, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program and possess a valid Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state of Washington. Proficiency in computer documentation systems and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving residents are required.
