About the Role

Jewish Family Service of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Director of Clinical Operations to lead and elevate their clinical programs in Somerville, NJ.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across all service lines, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance

Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development to licensed clinicians and support staff

• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth initiatives
• Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation standards, and quality assurance metrics
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements
• Maintain a clinical caseload and facilitate or supervise facilitation of groups

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Active NJ licensure (LCSW) required
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services nonprofit settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, case management, and trauma-informed care
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive program outcomes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
