Key Responsibilities
The BCBA Supervisor will provide intentional supervision and rigorous behavioral skills training to practitioners to ensure high-quality client outcomes. They will also act as a case consultant, maintaining direct and professional communication with families, staff, and leadership.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and possess at least two years of supervisory experience. Applicants are also required to have reliable transportation, a valid California driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and TB test.
