Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and performing discharge planning. They must also collaborate with the medical team to ensure effective patient care and goal achievement.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited occupational therapy program and possess a valid license to practice in Kentucky and Indiana. Significant experience in hand therapy and orthotic fabrication is preferred, with Certified Hand Therapist status being a plus.
