Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor

Key Responsibilities

The SUD Counselor is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic counseling services to clients. They must also maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in treatment team meetings, and coordinate care with external partners.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active LCDC II or LCDC III license and possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background screenings are also required.
