$70,000/Annually– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)
$1000 Sign on Bonus * $500 after 6 Months / * $500 after 1 Year
- Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (at 60 days for Hourly employees and 90 days for Salaried)

The Licensed Therapist works as a staff member of the Student Services / Education Team. Primarily responsible for providing therapeutic services to students and their families. This position reports to the Clinical Director.
- A licensed mental health counselor, licensed clinical social worker, or licensed marriage and family therapist.

Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Therapist is responsible for providing therapeutic services to students and their families within the Student Services and Education Team. This role reports to the Clinical Director and focuses on delivering evidence-based treatment to at-risk youth.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid license as a mental health counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage and family therapist. The role requires a commitment to supporting at-risk youth through therapeutic interventions and positive skill development.
