Part-Time Optometrist (OD) – Peoria, IL
Location: Peoria, IL
Schedule: 1 weekday per month (Monday–Thursday)
Compensation: $900 per clinic day
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
About The Opportunity
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Peoria, IL.
This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.

The Setting
This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.
Clinic staff are on-site full time

What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
Active Illinois optometry license
Experience treating senior populations preferred
Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments
Schedule
1 weekday per month (Monday–Thursday)
Typical hours: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
No nights
No weekends
No billing or administrative responsibilities
