Key Responsibilities
The optometrist will provide vision evaluations, perform refractions, and prescribe corrective devices for students in underserved communities. They are responsible for documenting patient diagnoses accurately within the internal system while working as part of a mobile clinical team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Florida Optometry License and possess a Doctorate degree. The role requires the ability to commute throughout the greater Sarasota area and the successful completion of a background check and drug test.
