Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments while diagnosing and managing common ocular conditions. Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team to deliver patient-centered care.

Requirements

Must hold a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program and possess an active Indiana optometry license. Experience working with senior populations is preferred.
