The clinician will provide on-site psychotherapy and mental health assessments for residents in skilled nursing facilities. They will also function as a lead member of an interdisciplinary team to address the emotional and psychological needs of patients.
Candidates must hold a master's degree and a valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license. A minimum of two years of counseling experience and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid documentation requirements are required.
