Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and developing plans of care for residents. They will also oversee discharge planning and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and the ability to perform clinical screenings and evaluations are required.
