The Speech Therapist will evaluate and treat residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while developing individualized care plans. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate clinical documentation to ensure high-quality resident care.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and hold a current license in the state of Washington. A current CPR certification is also required, and experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting is preferred.
