Job Description
An established rural mixed-animal practice in eastern Ohio is hiring a full-time Veterinarian.
This practice has served the Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia tri-state region for more than ten years. It has built a strong reputation for compassionate, high-quality care across small animal, equine, and food animal patients.
This is true mixed-animal work. On the small animal side, that means wellness, dentistry, surgery, and diagnostics. Equine work includes lameness, reproduction, dentistry, ultrasound, and digital radiology. Large animal and food animal work covers herd checks, vaccinations, reproductive services, dairy, and small ruminants. Doctors split time between in-clinic appointments and farm calls across the region.
You'll be joining multiple DVMs with a wide range of interests, including equine lameness and reproduction, acupuncture and chiropractic, and dairy and small ruminants. They're supported by Registered Veterinary Technicians, veterinary assistants, and an experienced support staff.
The team is collaborative, and mentorship is built in. New graduates get a structured program and real support while they build skills across species. Experienced DVMs get variety, room to develop special interests, and the chance to pursue certifications.
