We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with wound care experience to serve patients in an assisted living facility in Youngstown, OH. There's a full-time and part-time position available.

As a part of our team you will:
- Conduct bedside wound care rounds
- Assess and manage treatment plans for each patient
- Perform dressing changes and medically necessary debridement
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing clinical network
Requirements
- Active NP/PA license in the State of OH
- Prior Wound Care experience
Compensation
- Annual, full-time salary range: $140,000 – $160,000
