Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of specialty pharmacy clinical programs for complex disease states. Direct workforce leadership, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate across departments to align services with strategic priorities and patient outcomes.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, a Virginia Pharmacist License, and at least 3 years of clinical/ambulatory pharmacy experience. At least 1 year of leadership experience is required, with a Doctorate and residency training preferred.
