All clinicians are W-2 employees, offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel—as we believe your time and expertise should be valued.

What You’ll Do

* Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy

* Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care

* Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change

* Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners

* Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system

* Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed

* Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Who You Are

* Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required

* Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years

* Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus

* Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.

* Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!

* Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield

* Applicants must be authorized to work in the U. S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

* Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required

Compensation

Hourly Fee for Service

* 45/hour for MA Level

* $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity

* $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience

* $65-$70/hour for independent license

Incentive for on-site

* 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750

* 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000

* 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
