All clinicians are W-2 employees, offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel—as we believe your time and expertise should be valued.

What You’ll Do

* Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy

* Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change

* Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners

* Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system

* Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed

* Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Who You Are

* Have your Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required

* Will have your Independent Clinical License within 2 years

* Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus

* Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload

* Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!

* Must be able to provide services in-office. Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield

* Applicants must be authorized to work in the U. S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Compensation

* Full Time Salary: Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
