Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for verifying physician orders, managing clinical programs, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of pharmacy services. They also supervise pharmacy technicians, conduct medication reconciliation, and provide patient education regarding medication use.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas. Previous hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience is preferred, along with strong communication and computer skills.
