- Physical Therapist – Outpatient Private Practice
Build Your Outpatient Physical Therapy Career with Fitness Physio
If you’re tired of traditional corporate PT, there’s a different way to practice.
Fitness Physio is a Physical Therapist-owned and operated outpatient practice built around a simple idea: create an environment where clinicians have the autonomy, support, and resources to provide excellent care.
We aren't private-equity owned, and we aren't trying to turn Physical Therapy into an assembly line. Our company is owned and led by Physical Therapists who understands what it means to treat patients and build a career in this profession.
Our Physical Therapists practice one-on-one with patients, inside high-quality fitness and wellness environments. Instead of separating rehabilitation from where patients ultimately want to return—exercise, fitness, sport, and an active life—we put our clinicians directly inside that ecosystem.
And because Fitness Physio brings together Physical Therapy, Nutrition, and Behavioral Health, our clinicians can address more than an isolated injury. We are building an integrated model focused on helping people get healthy, stay healthy, and perform at their best.
If you want clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, a sustainable schedule, and an opportunity to grow with an expanding PT-owned organization, we want to talk with you.
Why Physical Therapists Choose Fitness Physio
- Physical Therapist owned and led — decisions about our clinics and our profession aren't being made by people who have never treated a patient.
- True one-on-one patient care — focus on the person in front of you rather than simultaneously managing multiple patients.
- Practice at the top of your license — use your clinical judgment, manual therapy skills, exercise prescription, and evidence-based treatment approach.
- Gym-based clinical environment — treat patients where they exercise, train, and ultimately need to perform.
- No cookie-cutter treatment plans — you determine the appropriate plan of care and progression for your patients.
- Multidisciplinary care — collaborate with Physical Therapists, Registered Dietitians, Behavioral Health professionals, fitness professionals, and other members of the wellness ecosystem.
- Built-in community — our locations inside fitness facilities create opportunities to develop relationships with members, trainers, coaches, and other health professionals.
- Support beyond the clinic — our centralized team supports administrative functions so clinicians can spend more of their time focused on patients.
- Professional growth — opportunities to develop specialty programs, mentor clinicians, become a Clinic Director, and advance into broader leadership roles as Fitness Physio grows.
- Continuing education support — we invest in clinicians who want to continue developing their expertise.
- Work-life balance matters — we believe a long-term career in Physical Therapy should be professionally rewarding without requiring clinicians to burn themselves out.
