Float Behavioral health Case Manager

Key Responsibilities

The Case Manager provides therapeutic behavioral services, service planning, and treatment coordination for clients with mental health or developmental needs. They are responsible for facilitating linkages to resources, implementing crisis prevention strategies, and promoting positive relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and three years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel within the assigned service area.
