Provide physical therapy and related services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, including screening, evaluation, and treatment plan development. Supervise assistants and rehab techs while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy and hold a valid state physical therapist license. Requires proficiency in clinical documentation and basic computer skills.
