Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs and appropriate interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the treatment team, setting measurable goals and objectives.

• Deliver therapy through individual, group, and family sessions using evidence-based techniques for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Must hold a current professional license in North Carolina: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCAS.

• Be Well with HCA.
