Work with COMMUNITY INTEGRATED HEALTH SERVICE in Ilwaco, Washington.
Provide therapy and case management services to clients in both office and community settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and support clients in achieving stability and recovery goals.
Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Candidates must be able to obtain a Washington Agency Affiliated Counselor license and possess a valid driver's license.
