Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations, taking into consideration their medical history and physician recommendations

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation

• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
