Requirements

• Licensed and currently registered as a physician assistant/certified nurse practitioner in the State of South Dakota.

• Physician Assistant is registered with the South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners.

• Nurse Practitioner is registered with the South Dakota Board of Nursing and the South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners.
