Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will conduct in-home evaluations and deliver skilled care focused on functional independence, safety, and ADL/IADL training. They are responsible for coordinating with the clinical team and maintaining thorough, defensible documentation in the Homecare Homebase system.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Texas Occupational Therapist license and possess strong clinical judgment for independent field work. Proficiency in home health scope, reliable transportation for daily travel, and effective communication skills are required.
