The therapist provides person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management services to patients. They are responsible for developing treatment plans and maintaining agency documentation standards.
A bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. Candidates must obtain a Washington State Counselor Agency Affiliated Registered credential and possess a valid driver's license.
