Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist provides skilled care in patient homes, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans based on patient progress. They also educate patients and families on disease management and equipment use while ensuring all clinical documentation meets regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Occupational Therapist license in the state of employment and have at least one year of experience in an acute setting. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required for travel to patient locations.
