Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in home and facility settings. Provide advanced wound care and collaborate with physicians and caregivers to coordinate patient care.
Requires an active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license and a minimum of one year of wound care experience. Certification in Wound Care (WOCN, WCC) and a valid driver's license are preferred or required.
