We are hiring! Burger's SNF seeks passionate Physical Therapists for part-time or full-time roles. Join our incredible team and thrive in a supportive, collaborative nursing and rehab environment. The Skilled Nursing Facility is located in Folsom.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
- Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, activities of daily living, prosthetic training, gait and functional training.
- Educate patient and family on proper care plans
- Communicate with team members to ensure quality care is being provided.
Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions. They will also educate patients and families on care plans while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
Requirements
The role requires a qualified Physical Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility environment. The position is open to both new graduates, who will receive mentorship, and seasoned professionals.
