Opportunity Details: Non-surgical management of pelvic floor disorders, primarily urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. Manages behavioral, medication, and in-office procedural aspects of patient care. Provides pre- and post-operative care. Performs common clinic procedures including pessary fittings, urodynamics, and general women’s healthcare procedures like pap smear screenings and biopsies. Develops treatment plans in conjunction with the patient and attending physician to provide optimal patient medical management, including contraceptive devices. Admits and discharges patients to and from the OB/Gyn Service.

Qualifications

Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant. Current certification issued by the NCCPA. Must be ACLS/BLS certified. DEA Certification. Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on 35-hour work week and years of State Licensure. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239

  • $192,319, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below: 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. Key Responsibilities

The Physician Assistant will provide non-surgical management for pelvic floor disorders and perform various in-office clinical procedures. They will also manage patient treatment plans, provide pre- and post-operative care, and handle patient admissions and discharges.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current New York State registration as a Physician Assistant and certification from the NCCPA. Additionally, they are required to maintain current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications.
