Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the clinical journey for our members, providing clinical - emotional support and case management in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

• Conduct clinical evaluations, risk assessments (ATS), and short-term evidence-based interventions (CBT) across different languages and cultural contexts.

• Maintain impeccable clinical records and documentation in Salesforce, ensuring all meets Lyra’s global standards (primarily in Spanish and English) and local legal requirements.

Requirements

• Clinical response for high-risk cases in the region, providing immediate bilingual support and follow-up.

• A professional with Full fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (C1 level for all three).

• You must be able to conduct therapy and write technical clinical notes in all three languages.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

• Full-Time position.
