Job Description
Position Summary
Contributes to the operations of the McLaren Medical Group Provider Recruitment department through effective sourcing and strategic marketing initiatives. Functions as an integral part of a service team by using advanced customer service skills to manage communications, implement candidate sourcing campaigns, maintain accurate data, and prepare reports which contribute to the provider recruitment process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities as Assigned
Post jobs through internal and external databases, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates and assist with the generation and implementation of new, streamlined recruitment processes, initiatives and key messaging.
Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and recruitment best practices to identify, develop and implement sourcing strategies for candidate generation.
Create effective marketing communications for candidate generation: flyers, brochures, advertisements, email blasts and exhibit materials.
Collaborate with the Physician Recruiters on recruitment strategies for assigned specialties to include internal and external website utilization, marketing initiatives, and physician recruitment associations.
Conduct strategy meetings with key stakeholders as needed to collect additional information for profiling of the open positions and represent McLaren Medical Group Physician Recruitment, serving as an advisor and resource to Administration, leadership, and colleagues.
Performs other related duties as required and directed.
Required
A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience in provider recruitment, healthcare, human resources, marketing, technical writing, or related field, or
An Associate’s degree and 4 years of related experience in provider recruitment, healthcare, human resources, marketing, technical writing, or related field
Preferred
- Healthcare recruitment-related experience
- Experience with social media advertising activities

Requirements
