- $77,500–$85.000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Build strong patient relationships while delivering an exceptional care experience
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligible for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess or be eligible for a South Carolina state license. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, though Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply.
