About the Role
Join Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York as a Youth Development Counselor (Per Diem) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates fidelity to the agency’s service values and organizational imperatives.
- Responsible for the full engagement of all residents in programon a daily basis.
- Ensure all tasks associated w/ shift are completed prior to team’s departure, this is including but not limited to incident reports, daily log and log book, etc.
- Must debrief the incoming shift members each and everyday without fail.
Requirements
- Remain awake and alert at all times
- Check on youth during the night as prescribed and deal with any/ all issues that may arise
- Assist youth in their morning routines
- Follow protocols when youth are sick
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate: $18.75/hr.
Work Schedule
- per-diem schedule.
- Night or evening shifts may be required.
