Job Description
Under the direction of the Lead Radiation Therapist, Radiation Oncology Manager,
Physicist, and Radiation Oncologists and with latitude for independent judgment,
performs all the professional duties involved in coordinating, preparing and
administering radiation therapy treatments and simulation procedures within
appropriate radiation safety practices. Acts in compliance with Federal, State,
and Joint Commission standards. Performs duties under minimum supervision.

Required Qualifications
* Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
* Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists.
* Upon hire: California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology
Certification or
* Upon hire: California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a hospital setting.

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this
position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other
applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional
compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus
opportunities.
