Join Bierman Autism Centers as a Occupational Therapist (OT) – Flexible PTO in Ramsey, New Jersey, United States.

Key Responsibilities

• They will ensure the oversight of clinical quality, prescription fulfillment, ethical practice, and client outcomes.

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain a caseload of on average 25 billable hours/week.

• Ensure client programming is ethical, appropriately individualized, and provided with integrity.

Requirements

• We host optional engagement events throughout the year such as Spirit Weeks, Pajama Days, Trivia Nights, Monthly Wellness Competitions and more.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $70K - $85K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.

• Flexible scheduling available.
