The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. They must also document patient progress in electronic medical records and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Candidates must hold a Doctoral Degree from an accredited therapy program and possess a valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology license. Additionally, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
