Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide oversight and supervision for clinical teams while delivering individualized, assent-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities include conducting clinical reviews, mentoring behavior technicians, and facilitating parent training to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher and possess BCBA certification or be eligible to sit for the exam within three months. A minimum of two years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities is required.
