Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Therapist Lead supervises daily team operations, provides clinical leadership, and manages staff training and performance. The role also involves carrying a clinical caseload, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with evidence-based care models.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a clinical field and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in a supervisory capacity. A valid driver's license and eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) designation are also required.
