Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for conducting social assessments, providing individual, family, and group counseling, and facilitating patient education. They also manage discharge planning and other clinical modalities as required by the facility.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess a valid Texas license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPA, or LPCI). Experience in a healthcare or psychiatric setting is preferred, and bilingual skills in Spanish are considered an asset.
