earned PharmD degree Geriatric Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCGP), preferred Three (3) or more years of experience in clinical pharmacy, clinical programs, or a related role.

Strong understanding of geriatric pharmacotherapy and long term care clinical guidelines.
