THERAPIST - PHP/IOP (LICENSE REQUIRED)

Key Responsibilities

• The therapeutic services include providing basic consultation, psychoeducation, and specialized clinical social services for consumers/families receiving care.

• The PHP/IOP therapist also provides crisis intervention, individual therapy, short-term family therapy, group therapy, treatment planning and discharge planning.

Requirements

• EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Must have a Master's Degree in related mental health field.

• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: LCPC/LCSW or Clinical Psychologist licensure is required.

• Primary Source Verification shall be required through Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.
