Social Worker - Bilingual

Key Responsibilities

The Social Worker will provide trauma-sensitive case management using a harm reduction model, including conducting bio-psycho-social assessments and developing individualized service plans. They will also coordinate care with on-site specialists and provide individual and group therapy to support tenant housing stability.

Requirements

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Public Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or Human Services. Experience in therapeutic intervention and working with individuals with histories of homelessness and substance use is required.
