Key Responsibilities
The Radiology Practitioner Assistant will perform various radiological procedures, including biopsies and venous access, under the supervision of a physician. They are also responsible for evaluating medical images, preparing technical reports, and participating in patient management and tumor board cases.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field and possess certification from the Board of Radiology Practitioner Assistants or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Additionally, applicants must maintain current ACLS certification and meet continuing education requirements.
