Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide individualized clinical care, supervise behavior therapists, and facilitate a team-based approach to treatment. They are responsible for designing data-driven treatment plans and conducting parent and staff training sessions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Additionally, they must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Texas or be eligible to obtain the license.
