Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish DSM-5 diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
- manage patient risk, including crisis intervention and stabilization as needed.
- Coordinate referrals and connect patients with internal and community behavioral health resources.
