Join Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital as a Group Therapist – Inpatient Psych in Tacoma, Washington. Wellfound is hiring a full-time Group Therapist to join our inpatient team. This position is five 8 hour shifts per week, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm one week, then four 10 hours shifts, 8:30 am - 7:00 pm second week.

The Group Therapist is responsible for facilitating daily group treatment activities within an acute inpatient psychiatric unit. They work with adult patients to assist in achieving psychiatric stabilization and successful return to the community.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a counseling-related field and possess at least one year of experience in a psychiatric setting. A Washington State Counselor Agency Affiliated Registration or equivalent mental health license is required.
