The Outpatient Therapist will provide therapeutic group and family treatment to patients diagnosed with mental and substance abuse disorders. Key duties involve coordinating treatment through planning and team processes, conducting psychosocial assessments, and developing/implementing relevant patient treatment groups.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in social work or another mental health field, along with required certification or licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPCC). A minimum of one to two years of mental health experience is mandatory, along with skills in communication, case management, and knowledge of acute psychological disorders.
